電信類股可以入場了！下文感覺不出來有什麼挑戰？

外資摩根史丹利出具最新研究報告指出，電信三雄中華電 (2412) 、台灣大 (3045) 、遠傳 (4904) 紛紛公布新一階段4G傳輸吃到飽的優惠活動(月租費區間為999~1399元)，但在目前新進業者的加入下，電信業競爭風險不斷提升，惟真正看到對ARPU值的貢獻仍有限，維持中華電減碼評等，遠傳和台灣大中立評等。

大摩分析表示，中華電、台灣大和遠傳宣布了第二輪4G促銷活動，祭出4G吃到飽以及更加優惠的語音通話時間，以滿足更多市場的需求，對於數據吃到飽的客戶就會成功被吸引，另一方面，台灣大也推出了4G預付卡，新申辦用戶只要以300元，就可申辦「4G預付卡」，享1.2GB上網傳輸量和2000元的網內通話費，至於遠傳則祭出學生優惠，提供學生使用者申辦4G絕配799優惠方案，即可享有3GB上網流量直接升級6GB。大摩進一步表示，台灣大、遠傳目前已經推出1800MHz頻段的4G服務，儘管只有5MHz的頻譜，但仍有效增加此兩家電信商智慧機款的選擇性，惟預計中華電仍享有4G在1800MHz具有15MHz的頻譜優勢。

大摩強調，限量的4G傳輸量對於電信業ARPU的提升相對有利，但在台灣之星加入競爭後，電信三雄紛紛推出4G吃到飽，市場競爭力度升溫下，反而會壓抑ARPU的提升，如今中華電訂下40%的4G用戶市占率，相較目前的34%還需要再提升，而台灣之星也力求有20%的4G市場占有率，相對於目前5~6%，仍有很大的努力空間，有別於之前的3G的時代，4G時代電信業將面臨更險峻的競爭。
